AT CONVERGE IT ALL COMES TOGETHER IN A PROCESS, NOT A PROGRAM.
We understands that although many have worked hard to complete rehab and reentry programs there will be some who, even with the best of intentions, return to unwise, destructive thoughts, behavior, and lifestyle patterns.
LifeConverge was started several years ago to help transition the men and women completing programs, returning from incarceration, and needing a team approach to embrace the process of change with a long-term coaching strategy. We build all our relationships around Jesus, the One who makes all this possible and we are working hard at getting it right and serving each other, our families, and our communities.
Our staff and volunteer coaches are experienced and eager to walk side by side with the LifeConverge Participant until they become a Converge Champion.
Goal
To help each person become a productive member of society by providing opportunities for them to add value to their life and the lives of others:

- With the ability to develop and maintain healthy relationships
- With the ability to cope with the ups and downs of life without reverting back to destructive behaviors.
